Anima - this term was introduced by the psychologist Jung to denote the hidden beginning of the opposite sex in each of us.
Anima is the female element of the male subconscious.
One of Jung's interpreters believed that the image of anima/animus is understandable only to those people who have known true love. However, the beginning of the opposite sex in us can also indicate all those negative moments that are associated in our minds with representatives of the opposite sex. Importantly, sometimes in a dream a person of the opposite sex represents our own inner self. Carefully analyze all people of the opposite sex appearing in your dreams as a possible manifestation of your own anim/animus. What conclusions about the attitude towards representatives of the opposite sex do you draw after communicating with them? Do you fear them, feel an attraction to them, or for some reason despise them?
